Competition sucks, doesn’t it?
Wouldn’t it be great if you were the only one to do what you do?
You’d clean up!
That’d be great, but it does sidestep the fact that if you were alone in your market, you might still be broke because that would mean there were no buyers.
Competition is a sign that there’s a desire and a market for your product or service.
So don’t be afraid of it.
But that still leaves you with a problem.

By being MY coach/IT provider/financial advisor or whatever you are.
You do that by getting down and dirty with your ideal client, by getting a detailed knowledge of what they’re afraid of, what keeps them awake at night and what drives them to do what they do.
